HR Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Lussy Ariani Seba was the resource person in the sharing session with the theme "Becoming Resilient and Agile Generation" as a series of activities for the 2023 Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) of the Employment Polytechnic which was held on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

Lussy explained that we must become agile individuals and increase our resilience by always being adaptive and innovative to change, thinking openly, being wise, being confident, changing our perception of failure, and being flexible.
