Born in Mojokerto, 8 August 1967. Completed D IV education at the Financial Training Agency of the Ministry of Finance in 1996 and obtained a Master's degree at the University of Birmingham in 2001. Currently serves as Director at the Directorate of Non-Tax State Revenues of Ministries/Institutions, Directorate General Ministry of Finance budget until 2019. Started serving as Commissioner at PT Surveyor Indonesia in 2021
