PT Surveyor Indonesia won three awards at the Human Capital and Performance Awards 2022, namely: 5 Stars Gold for The Best Employee Engagement Strategy (Survey & Inspection Industries), 5 Stars Gold for The Best Reward and Recognition Strategy (Survey & Inspection Industries), and 5 Stars Gold The Best Human Capital Women Director of the Year given to the Human Resources Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Lussy Ariani Seba.
The award held at The Westin Hotel Jakarta (30/11) was attended by the Director of Human Resources of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Lussy Ariani Seba, VP of Human Capital of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Edwin Pantas Paruntungul and VP of Strategic Transformation Office, Euis Amalia Noor.
This award is a form of appreciation as well as an appreciation for Surveyor Indonesia's commitment and implementation of human capital policies, programs, and strategies that are considered to have been implemented systematically and efficiently.
As part of the series of Surveyors Indonesia's 31st Anniversary, Periska-SI (Indonesian Surveyor Employee Wives Association) held an education sharing and caring event.
