Hi #Sitizen, support the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in the company environment, PT Surveyor Indonesia held a workshop entitled "Implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)" for PT Pegadaian at The Gade Tower, Jakarta on Tuesday ( 01/23). This activity is part of Pegadaian's series of long-term commitments to a sustainable future, as well as the company's social and environmental responsibility. The start of ESG implementation within the company was marked by an inauguration by the President Director of PT Pegadaian, Damar Latri Setiawan, which was also witnessed by the entire Board of Management of Pegadaian and the President Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia, M. Haris Witjaksono along with staff who act as consultants to accompany ESG implementation at PT Pawnshop. This activity is the initial stage of collaboration between PT Pegadaian and PT Surveyor Indonesia to assist PT Pegadaian's ESG implementation activities. Furthermore, PT Pegadaian plans to increase the use of renewable energy, reduce carbon emissions, strengthen risks related to climate change, and promote Green Saving Bonds or other financial instruments in line with POJK No.18 of 2023.
