PT Surveyor Indonesia won Most Brilliant Employee Engagement 2023 and Brilliant Human Capital Director of the Year 2023 which was awarded to the Director of Human Resources of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Lussy Ariani Seba at the Indonesia Human Capital Brilliance Awards 2023.
This award was achieved thanks to consistency in taking innovative and adaptive steps towards Human Resources (HR) management.
The jury assessed that PT Surveyor Indonesia deserved this appreciation because it had succeeded in implementing Strategic Human Capital well so as to have a positive impact on the Company's growth process and also the Indonesian economy in a sustainable manner.
