PT Surveyor Indonesia successfully carried out an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Rating Preparation mentoring workshop for PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) in Bandung.
Assistance is provided to support companies in obtaining a good ESG rating and assist PHE in improving the implementation of ESG (environmental, social and governance aspects) throughout its operations. The mentoring process takes place from August 2023 to February 2024.
ESG performance and risk assessments by rating agencies are used by various parties, including investors, financial institutions and the companies themselves. ESG ratings can be a consideration factor in making investment decisions, granting loans, and assessing company performance.
Until now, Surveyor Indonesia has been late in taking part in improving the sustainability performance and ESG ratings of a number of clients, including well-known state-owned banks and a number of Pertamina Persero sub-holdings.
