This series of activities consisted of Socialization and Kick-Off of the Work Plan for Alignment of Cascading Individual KPIs with Work Unit KPIs which was held on 11 May 2022, Workshop on Alignment and Cascading of Individual KPIs with Work Unit KPIs, Pilot Project Cascading Individual KPIs in 3 Work Units (DBS Coal & Minerals, Surabaya Branch, and Human Capital Division), Cascading Individual KPIs in Work Units other than the pilot project, as well as Recording the results of Cascading Individual KPIs into the HC inSIde Performance Development system.
The Ceremony was led directly by the President Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia, M. Haris Witjaksono who acted as Ceremony Inspector, attended by the entire Board of Directors and all Surveyor Indonesia Personnel both present at Graha Surveyor Indonesia and online.
