GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PT SURVEYOR INDONESIA
PT Surveyor Indonesia and its affiliates hereinafter referred to PTSI have arranged the terms and conditions applicable in general as long as not conflict with:
PTSI has right to add or change these terms and conditions at any time.
2. The Company
PTSI is a company engaged in survey, inspection and consultation.
PTSI works for individuals, corporations, government agencies or departments providing mandates, hereinafter referred to as Client.
In the implementation of service delivery, PTSI shall refer to:
In providing these services PTSI has own supporting facilities or in cooperation with other parties for testing and or analysis namely laboratory and technical testing equipment.
The end result of PTSI services are in the form of survey report and inspection report complete with its recommendations and it may conduct consultation based on the existing data to provide solutions, development and maintenance.
While from the consultation service of management system, it is the application of management system to get recognition from an independent party on its conformity with the national and international standards.
5. Special Services
Besides general/generic services, PTSI has also provided tailor made development services according to client’s needs and desires.
Innovation, competence, integrity and caring are the value upheld in providing solutions to clients to run and develop their business processes to be better.
The solutions to be given are based on survey, inspection and/or management system activities.
6. Documents, data and information
All data requests must be provided with documents, data and information which are sufficient for the implementation of service delivery.
PTSI will keep confidentiality of all documents, data and information from the Clients and will only be used for the purposes of service delivery.
All documents, data and information will be stored for 3 (three) years, unless there is another agreement with the client.

8. Transfer of works
In the service delivery activities, PTSI has right to transfer the works, either partially or entirely to other parties/subcontractors.

After the report is received by the client, PTSI is eligible to get for the payments in accordance with the contracts. Client must pay for the service at the latest 30 (thirty) calendar days as of the acceptance date of the billing/invoice.
Any delay in payment may subject to penalty/fine 1%o (one per mile) per-day with maximum of 5% (five percent) of the contract value.
If client want to file a claim, then it should be filed not later than 2 (two) working days after the completion of works and/or report acceptance. Client may file a claim addressed to the signatory of the contract and its copy is submitted to the employee of PTSI who is responsible for such work.
The letter shall contain any matter to be claimed and the content of the contract as the reference.
To accelerate the delivery of claim information, please write "CLAIMS" on the envelope.
PTSI will provide a written response to the claim within maximum 2 (two) working days after the claim is received.
12. Amendment & Modification
The particular matters should be submitted clearly in the contract. If there is a change in the scope of work or working methods of the contracts that has already been underway or have been executed, then it must be stated in an Addendum signed by both parties on stamp duty with the same legal force.
PTSI could not provide services beyond the scope of works which have already been stated in the contract.
If a client requests the scope of works exceeding those stipulated in the contract, then PTSI is entitled to be objection and ask for the compensation for extra works for three times of the service compensation value as stated in the contract for the works.
If the client stopped the works before completion, PTSI is entitled to submit objection and ask for the appropriate compensation for the works in accordance with the compensation value of the services as listed in the contract.
13. Limitation of prophecy responsibility
PTSI as a company rendering services to check and/or test, and issue a report on the activities.
If PTSI’S reports are used for the purposes of business information, then PTSI shall not be involved in the business transactions conducted by the seller and buyer.
PTSI shall not be responsible if there is a loss to one of parties in the business process.
PTSI is not a body acting as an insurance or guarantor, so that it could not be asked for accountability for any losses.
These General Terms and Conditions are written in Indonesian and English version and may be translated into other languages. If there are differences in the interpretation, then the Indonesian language version shall be prevailed.
All documents related to the services delivery and PTSI activities reports shall use the Indonesian language.
If client wants to use other language than Indonesian language, then it should be stated in the contract.
In the event of inaccuracies or misunderstanding in the interpretation of documents, then as the reference is the document in the Indonesian language.
